Has Bush gone too far?

I know he wants to shut down the Iraqi TV and radio to stem the tide of propoganda, but would he go as far as to shut down a website? I've tried to access the http://www.al-jazeera.com/ and http://www.aljazeera.net/ websites but without success. I'll keep trying and let you know how I get on.
