Another week

Not much to konfess I'm afraid; I've been a good little boy this week.

Still not too sure what to do with this blog. The most important event was taking my wife to the local women's hosptal for an amniocentesis. These guys explain it far better than I can :- Stanford

Little kwacky was not happy wth having his (don't know the sex, my wife wants a surprise!) photograph taken. Each time the midwife found some clear space, this little bottom would appear on the screen! All seems to be well, just got to wait 2 or 3 weeks for the results. Mrs Kwacky is getting fed up as her bump swells and the available ward robe diminishes.

Already agreed on a name, George or Georgia, after my grandad. If it's a boy then his middle name will be Harvey. My choice. Mrs Kwacky isn't too keen and I've seen a few funny faces when it's been mentioned, but hey ho, if you listen to everyone and take their advice, you get no where.

The Bluetitch 5

An alternative to the Friday 5. Bluetitch seems a cheery sort, which is quite amazing in my opinion, as short arses normally have a short fuse. Anyway, it can be found on Mr Muffins site and it is updated every week Bluetitch 5

I suppose I should answer them.

1. All of the seasons have their charms, but winter in England is my favourite. We don't get as much snow as we used to, which is a shame. Henry, my airedale (an example) loves the snow, as does Mrs Kwacky. A good snowball fight, duck back indoors then settle down in front of the open fire and enjoy some tea and crumpets. Winter wipes the slate clean and you know spring isn't too far away. The days are dark but soon get longer - hope in the darkest hour and all that Blitz stuff.

2. Hard one this. It really depends what mood I'm in. I'll eat almost anything ad I'm always ready for food. If had one last meal then I would order some chicken pakora from the rather splendid Trident Hotel, jaipur, India. Trident HotelI still can't believe they make chicken taste so good.

3. Kawasaki Green of course! Kwak

4 Toughie. Either Tad and Nirvana at Edward's 8 or Sonic Youth at The Hummingbird

5. Venezuela. Without hesitation. Canaima in particular. The second photo on that site was my view one morning as I got out of bed.

Urban Terror

The long awaited 2.6 release is out and it's got more bugs than the aforementioned Canaima National park. It's taken SID 7 months to release 2.6. I can't beleive it's so fecking bad. It kicks you off the server on start up, tells you you've got the wrong version, auto switches your weapons and its favourite trick is to make your screen go black!

Looks like I'm not the only unhappy camper Rant! Rant! Rant!

Blues!

Bring on the Fulham. Tough one this. Fulham aren't playing that well in the league but they are capable of some good fotball. We need to bounce back after the drubbing handed out by Chelsea last week. Neither side are known for their clean sheets so goals are expected. Horsefield may start against his old club, if he does and with his 3 match ban due to start after the game, he has to make sure he gets on the scoresheet if he does't want Bruce to forget about him.
